It’s refreshing to have a fringe candidate who is not a homophobe, a Nazi or a witch. Meet Jimmy McMillan, a New York serial fringe candidate who has run for mayor of New York City, attempted a Senate run against Hillary Clinton and is now in the race for governor of the Empire State against some better known names like Cuomo and Paladino. Good luck to Jimmy and his third-party, “The Rent is Too Damn High.”
