Mill Times Hotel is a gracious hotel, offering many comforts. Its the lighting in its lobby is subdued at all times of day; the staff is extra friendly, and the room I stayed in had a very serviceable jacuzzi in the bathroom.
They even supply you with candles to heighten the romantic atmosphere. My bed was a comfy four-poster in a room with a simple, knotty pine decor, with a complimentary bowl of fruit and foil-wrapped chocolates on the writing desk.
Additionally, Mill Times Hotel featured a guitarist/vocalist in the bar the night I was there, one Trevor Moyles, who performed popular and traditional tunes. Breakfast (included) in the morning was delicious, with cold meats, pastries, cereal and fruit, in addition to toast and coffee, tea and fruit juices.

The rooms and suites feature en suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and tea and WiFi access, as well as coffee making equipment. Some suites add separate living areas, Jacuzzi tubs and 4-poster beds. Other amenities include a conference room and a banquet hall for private dining.
