Welcome to MOUNTRAX’ massage options. We recently had an opportunity to test out their Foot Massager, Back Massager and Head Massager, all of which boast robust features. Let’s take a look!
The MOUNTRAX DIY Foot Massager
The style of massage for the MOUNTRAX DIY Foot Massager is shiatsu–can you say unwind me please? The massage machine is equipped with two independent rolling heads with multiple ergonomic small massage heads to massage more areas of your foot, capturing all of those magical pressure points. There’s also full coverage air compression, which means that you also receive deep kneading and squeeze.
Let’s talk about the wellness benefits even before we move into pure relaxation. It is said to help relieve tired muscles and plantar fasciitis. In this product, they offer nine different customize modes. There are three kneading and three air compression intensities that can be adjusted depending on your personal preference and needs. They recommend starting with Low-Intensity and adjusting from there
There are 16 Customized Modes and Dual Control Options, three kneading and three air compression intensities can be adjusted according to personal preference. One of the things we learned from playing around with the remote control is that you can increase the air compression to Mid-Intensity or High-Intensity for a stronger squeezing effect if the Low-Intensity is not enough. Deep kneading massage reduces muscle stiffness, relaxes muscle tissue, and achieves best massage effect. For those who get cold easily or have cold feet (that’d be me), they offer an optional heated mode, which is an awesome add-on. It’s a great feature, especially during those colder months, which you can use to also accelerate the body’s metabolism and blood circulation.
Another great option here is HEAT, which is amazing, especially during cooler months which is fast approaching. It features dual independent rolling heads and six groups of ergonomic nodes that precisely target reflex areas (arch, heel, and forefoot), delivering deep tissue pain relief for plantar fasciitis and neuropathy. They recommend roughly 15-30 minutes each day to improve circulation and enhance overall foot health. Their so called smart NTC temperature control technology (up to 131°F), controls the temperature. Heat, as you likely know, helps with circulation, relaxation of muscle stiffness and improves sleep quality.
There are also washable foot covers which delivers powerful massage without disturbing others (known for being quiet, a nice feature), which is an awesome quality for people who wish to use this in shared spaces.
Another thing to note is that the foot massager package also includes a cool marker pen for DIY drawing on the massage surface.

MOUNTRAX Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager
Their Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager is designed to relieve tension and pain in the back, neck and shoulders. It features 4 bi-directional motion deep kneading massage nodes that mimic professional Shiatsu massage, providing a deep massage combined with a heating function that quickly relaxes muscle tension and effectively relieves fatigue from work.
I began to use this at my desk since I pull in long hours and I noticed relief fairly quickly. Let’s speak to some of their key features.
The design is great, since it fits the curves of the back and neck and provides effective support for the body. You can use it while sitting or lying down, and adjust the position as you like to free your hands. Also the elastic strap design with buckle makes the back massager very suitable for a wide variety of chairs and can be fixed on most chairs, such as an office chair or gaming chair.
Like the foot massager, there is a unique dual-zone heating function that allows you to experience great neck and back heating, effectively soothing muscle fatigue and promoting circulation. You can also choose two heating levels and two massage intensities according to your needs, and even the direction of massage. There is also an optional 15 or 25 minute automatic timer to prevent overuse and overheating. BRAVO!

MOUNTRAX 5 in 1 Electric Scalp Massager
Meet the Mountrax Scalp Massager, which is a portable heated head and hair massager with 88 kneading nodes, two massage styles and three speed modes. It is said to assist with hair growth and stress relief.
This upgraded version is a 5 in 1 massager, which comes with two types of massage heads: 1) scalp massage heads knead the meridians to soothe the scalp and chase away fatigue while stimulating hair growth by imitating the techniques of a massagist; 2) facial cleansing heads clean pores and remove stubborn residual for glowing skin and more confidence.
There’s also three speed modes and and a wonderful heat function. Their smart scalp massager has three modes (low/high/alternative) to choose from for different intensity needs, from gentle to deep kneading massage. With heating function on the smooth back side, you can enjoy soothing warmth which helps relax muscles, open pores, warm hands and more.
Another nice feature is that there is no charging base required — you simply plug in the magnetic cable and charge. Travelers will love this design because it’s very lightweight (0.4 lbs) and compact, making it convenient to carry in a handbag. It is also waterproof and skin-friendly. For example, with its IPX-7 waterproof rating, the electric head massager can be used for deep scalp massage and facial cleansing even while taking a shower. The soft, detachable silicone heads prevent hair from being pulled or tangled and is meant to be gentle on the skin. Who doesn’t need more massage in their life, especially on the head. Talk about relaxing!

Their massagers make great gifts but also a must for personal self-care, which I’d argue, most of us don’t do a great job at incorporating into our daily lives. It’s also easily portable, so you can bring it on a car trip. They are also FSA HSA eligible.
