We visited Bandia Nature Reserve, about an hour or so north of Dakar, with our friends during their visit. It was pretty cheap – $160 for all of us, including a guide, a ride on a big truck with raised seats, and about two hours in the park. We saw quite a few fun critters, including hoards of these monkeys.
“Gee, wouldn’t it be fun to be able to interact with the monkeys?” we said. And, because it’s Senegal, that happened about 10 minutes later.
