John Rocha: The master of textural innovation does it again with this prolific collection. These shaggy, cosy and directional creations will be just what I’m looking for when winter comes round again.
PPQ: I simple adore this feline-inspired collection. Playful and sexy at the same time.
Issa London: Well styled seventies glamour with an opulent, rich palette and sleek forms.
bSTORE: A fresh and youthful collection that nails East London cool.
Charles Anastase: Charles Anastase simultaneously reminds me of doll houses and horror stories. I can’t get enough of his darkly innocent, twee but disturbing, utterly feminine designs. This season is no exception.
Bora Aksu: A highly original and experimental collection – I thought it was fantastic.
Betty Jackson: Loose, feminine shapes and sheer fabrics teamed with artfully disheveled hair. I love the milk bottle legs.
Clements Ribeiro: With the usual mixture of gothic, eccentric, eclectic wonderment, Clements Ribeiro strikes the right balance between avant-garde design and wearability. For me, this collection strikes it just right for colour, texture and silouhette. Possibly my fave so far this season.

House of Holland: Henry Holland turned to an unlikely but ingenious source of inspiration for his autumn-winter 2011 collection: the bingo hall. Capitalizing on fashion’s current love affair with ‘granny chic’, House of Holland has reinvented kitsch granny patterns to the delight of the youth of today.
Rosa Abbott is an arts, fashion and culture obsessive originating from Yorkshire, England, and currently living in Dublin, Ireland. On top of being a student at the illustrious Trinity College, she is a freelance journalist, writing for a number of Irish publications, and also edits the visual arts section of entertainment magazine Totally Dublin.
