Learn about Llama jerky and more natural food products from the Coyote Acres Ranch, who I met up at the EAT Vancouver event in early June. The ranch is base din the North Cariboo and in addition to their fresh meat, they produce everything from fertilizer and hides to wool, yarn and clothing from their sheep and llamas. None of their animals are given artificial ingredients and their meat is free of “anything that shouldn’t be in an animal.” In addition to llama, they also sell beef, pork, lamb and chicken.
