In all randomness, I decided to head out to Ikea at the spur of the moment. After sprinting to the cab when the clouds suddenly broke and pelted me with large blobs of rain, I suddenly remembered Tabby mentioning to make sure we try the Swedish Meatballs in Ikea. For the life of me, I really couldn’t fathom why one would eat in a lifestyle chain. Even Claire sent me an SMS to make sure that I try the food. And thank God I did! For $4, I had a filling meal of ten very flavorful meatballs sitting on a pool of lightly seasoned gravy with a hint of nutmeg. It was just the fuel I needed for that uber delayed but highly needed shopping to begin putting some sense in our still bare home :)
