To say that Paul Pisa knows a thing or two about preparing spectacular dishes time and again is a gross understatement.

A homegrown Toronto Chef, Paul has had a career that has certainly seen its share of ups and downs but it’s also been a career that most only dream of.  Besides being the Executive Chef of Ellipsis, the now defunct Italian brunch and dinner spot on College Street, Pisa also spent time at  Brasserie Aix, preparing authentic French cuisine.   He’s trained under some of the most renowned Chefs in Toronto:  Mark McEwan and Keith Froggett.  And he’s been the personal Chef of one of Toronto’s most renowned power couples:  Heather Reisman and Gerry Schwartz.
