This traditional Danish red berry pudding with cream has one of the most difficult pronunciations in the Danish language. Rødgrød med fløde features red berries like red currants, strawberries and/or raspberries that are simmered until they fall apart and strained through a cheesecloth with the seeds being removed. From there, the fruit juices are mixed with sugar and potato flour until it becomes like a gelatin. To finish the dish, top it with cream and fresh fruit.
