It is with great excitement that we have learned that a pack of Wild Dogs is currently denning not too far west of our boundary at the moment. Initially the pack settled for a termite mound in the far western sector of the Sabi Sands meaning that for months they were relatively immobile moving only short distances from their den-site. But as the pups are growing older so they are more capable of moving further distances…
A couple of days ago the pack decided to relocate…heading eastwards into our neighbours property. We are all very excited; hoping that in the next couple of weeks they will move back onto Londolozi and spoil us with phenomenal sightings of one of Africa’s rarest carnivores!
