Comments Off on Kathmandu Photography – Boudhanath
The Buddhist stupa of Boudhanath is one of the largest in the world. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and it is one of the most popular tourist sites in the Kathmandu area. Everytime I’m in Kathmandu it’s worth a stop not only for the stupa itself, but for the temples, buildings, and people surrounding it. Monks, tourists, and locals intermingle as the holy Buddha eyes peer down upon you.
