Personally I actually love kangaroo meat, and it’s something I miss from time to time, having closed the door on my time living in the land down under. Reflecting on when we made it at home when I lived in Australia, here’s how we made it. In reality you can mix and match whatever you want as long as the main ingredients are kangaroo meat and rice. We used kangaroo meat, onions, potatoes, carrots, water with spices and tomatoes, all of which we tossed over a bed of rice.
