I’ve heard of getting deported for defacing sacred statues and committing crimes, but for being too attractive? Three Emirates men were attending the annual cultural Janadriyah Festival in Saudi Arabia when officials declared them too good looking — apparently to even be in the country — and had them deported. I wonder if this male model would have been deported, as well. Image via strecht.
Said the Elaph newspaper: “A festival official said the three Emiratis were taken out on the ground they were too handsome and that the Commission members feared female visitors would fall for them.”
I’m not going to lie, I probably wouldn’t be too upset if this happened to me. At least it makes for a great story.
