Some shots from our latest North Carolina trip.
We checked out the new downtown baseball park for an evening game.
Greensboro built a baseball park right in the downtown area and it’s proving to be a very successful facility.
Personally, I’m not into sports at all. I can’t name you 3 professional sports teams, or tell you how games are scored, or basically anything about them. My sister assured me that this wasn’t your ordinary ball park or game, and they sure had some crazy stuff going on. She said it wouldn’t be boring and she was right. I actually had fun, believe it or not.
People who know about baseball will understand this scoreboard. The Tourists were the visiting team.
The next day, my family requested that Hui-chen make some of those sesame balls again, and she was only too happy to comply.
All finished, it looks remarkably like what she cooked before. Everything was great!
I had been busy with the smoker, and these are baby back ribs, cut apart to make them easier to eat. Enjoy!
