It’s that time of the year again! Swedes basking in sweetness and rolling around in cinnamon rolls. It’s national kanelbulle day in Sweden, yet one more of the Swedish food holidays. And one of the major dessert days; semlor day and waffle day are earlier in the year. I buy bulle from anywhere, but if you have a favorite cafe, let us know!
