Mark your calendar for the 2017 edition of the St. Barth Gourmet Festival from November 2 through November 5, 2017. This celebration of French gastronomy is now a major event on the international culinary calendar, attracting foodies from around the world with custom, multi-course dinners designed by acclaimed guest chefs each hosted at a different hotel-restaurant throughout the island.
As in past years, each chef will create a several-course menu served for three dinners during the Festival, allowing guests to discover the chefs’ take on French cuisine and their signature dishes.
The cast of participating chefs raises the benchmark for this event, featuring legendary figures in the world of French gastronomy.
The ambassador chef for the 2017 Festival is Eric Frechon, Chef at the three-star Epicure restaurant at Le Bristol Hotel in Paris and “Meillieur Ouvrier de France.”
Six additional chefs will each present their excellence in French cuisine at a hotel restaurant each day during the festival. More details can be found at http://www.stbarthgourmetfestival.com.
