Louisville Kentucky-based Cellar Door Chocolates was founded in 2007 by Erika Chavez-Graziano. Each gourmet confection contains E. Guittard Vintage Chocolate, which is the artisan line of chocolate from Guittard and they’re infused with Kentucky’s infamous bourbon.
Additional offerings include:

Raspberry Truffle – 55% dark chocolate infused with raspberry oil and swirled on top with a 31% white chocolate.


Milk & Dark Truffles – 47% milk chocolate or 55% dark chocolate.

Champagne Truffle
31% white chocolate on the outside with 47% milk chocolate infused with champagne on the inside on the inside and swirled on top with a 55% dark chocolate.
Cayenne Pepper Truffle – 55% dark chocolate infused with cayenne pepper and topped with a final dash of more cayenne pepper.
Peppermint Truffle – 55% dark chocolate infused with peppermint oil and topped with a sprinkle of bits of peppermint candy.
Espresso Truffle – 61% bittersweet chocolate infused with espresso beans and topped with a sprinkle of finely ground espresso beans.
