Possibly anywhere in the world, the water really is this blue. Just 20 minutes by plane (to Ibiza), followed by 30 minutes on a ferry, is the little island paradise of Formentera.
We do have beaches this blue in Australia but our waters come with sharks and crocodiles and lots of poisonous things.
